Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped out of Arizona Monday to Friday.
Please allow 2 to 6 business days to pack and process your order before it ships.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday, will be processed within the following 2 to 6 business days.
We are not able to update any shipping address after it has been submitted.
We provide tracking information for every order.
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout with USPS Priority Mail based on regional zones & weight.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item. Once we accept the damaged merchandise for exchange, we will send you a return label and notify you via email. You must ship the item back to us within 7 business days of receiving the return label. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, you will no longer be eligible for an exchange.
